Open the App: Navigate to the menubar and click on the "C" to display the main view.
Navigate to Tasks: Click on the checkmark icon in the menubar to open the "Tasks" window.
Add Session: Click the "+" button to create a new Task.
Name Your Task: Enter a name for your Task. We recommend naming it something specific that lets you know which app(s) are allowed for the session, e.g., "Ulysses" or "Notion"
