Cancel active and scheduled sessions

Life can be unpredictable, and unexpected events may require immediate attention. In such cases, you can use Cancel Credits to cancel active Sessions and all scheduled Routines for the day. You have five Cancel Credits per month, so use them when life throws you that inevitable curveball.

Open the App: Navigate to the menubar and click "Cancel..."

Instant Cancel

Using one credit will immediately cancel all active and scheduled sessions for the day. You're allotted five credits every 30 days.

Standard Cancel

You can also cancel active or scheduled sessions for the day by typing a phrase 100 times.
