**We know focus isn’t always linear.** Sometimes you need to look something up, answer a quick message, or satisfy a sudden curiosity before you can truly settle in. That’s where **Pause Credits** come in. When this feature is enabled, you’ll see a **Pause** button in the session window. Pressing it gives you **5 minutes of full access** to all apps. Once time’s up, your session resumes automatically—no need to restart or abandon your progress.
