_Last updated: June 22, 2025_ ## 1. Transparency and Security We built Creative Command to help you focus, not to harvest your data. - We never sell your data or share it with third parties. - We don’t use third-party trackers or analytics SDKs. - All session data stays on your device by default. - We’ll always be transparent about what we collect and why, and we keep it to a minimum. ## 2. What We Collect Creative Command is designed to function entirely on your device. **We do not collect or transmit personal data.** ### Information Stored Locally The following data is stored locally on your Mac and never leaves your device unless you choose to back it up or export it: - **Session activity** (e.g., time spent focused, blocked apps) - **Presets and settings** you configure - **Scheduled sessions** and streak progress - **Session Logs** ### Information We Do NOT Collect - No personal information like your name or email address - No web activity or app usage outside of Creative Command - No cookies, background tracking, or behavioral analytics ## 3. Diagnostics and Crash Reports By default, Creative Command does **not** send crash reports or usage logs. If you’re using a beta version distributed via TestFlight, anonymous crash logs may be shared with Apple to help improve stability. These reports do **not** include personally identifiable information. ## 4. You're in Control You’re always in control of your data: - You can reset or delete your session history and preferences at any time in the app settings. - Uninstalling Creative Command removes all stored data from your device. - All app activity is contained locally unless you manually share it (e.g. by exporting data). ## 5. Permissions and Automation Creative Command may request macOS permissions in order to function properly. For example: **“Creative Command.app wants access to control ‘System Events.app’…”** This request appears because Creative Command uses macOS automation (AppleScript) to help block websites by controlling your browser (e.g., closing distracting tabs or redirecting blocked URLs). - **We do not read or access your personal files.** - **We do not record or transmit your browsing history.** - This permission is used strictly to enforce your blocklist rules and improve session integrity. ## 6. Third-Party Services Creative Command does **not** use third-party SDKs, advertising networks, or embedded analytics libraries. If we ever introduce optional features that rely on third-party services, we will clearly explain what’s being shared and give you the choice to opt in. ## 7. Changes to This Policy We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect new features or changes to our data practices. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and notify you of any material changes via the app or our website. ## 8.
